Put-in Bay Visual Arts Committee is pleased to present an expanded workshop series highlighting a variety of creative topics.  All the workshops are interactive, fun, and nontraditional.  The classes all meet at the LEIHS where you gather and explore each medium with field trips. No sitting in a room and listening to a lecture, fun is the life of art. Each class is a $20 donation to the Put-in-Bay Arts Council.  If you attend every class each month you will receive a $10 discount for the month.  For Information contact Jessie Greene-Hill @#330-608-4664. Twilight Music Series PDF E-mail

Join us on the back porch of the visitor center at Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial for a summer concert series presented by the Put-in-Bay Arts Council, The Perry Group, The Put-in-Bay Chamber of Commerce, The Put-in-Bay Recreation Committee and The National Park Service, Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial.  All concerts begin at 7:00 p.m unless otherwise noted..

    July 5 – * Central Ohio Symphony Freedom Concert 6:00 PM

    July 8 – Brasileira, authentic Brazilian Basa Nova with Kelley Delaveris

    July 22 – Equinox, Traditional Celtic Music with an American Edge

    August 5 – Loosely Strung- Blue grass

    August 19 – Universal Xpression, a blend of Reggae, Soca  and Caribbean music

    September 2 – Elixir- Music of the Civil War updated

    September 12 – Toledo Symphony Concert

Summer is here and that means you need to find a place for a cool barstool or a funky Adirondak chair!  Just because we're always thinking of your best interests, we have the perfect thing.  All winter the busy bee artists of Middle Bass and Put-in-Bay have been painting, staining, sewing, glueing, and who knows whating bar stools and Adirondak chairs for your pleasure. Mark your calenders for the JUNE 20, CHAIR PARADE so you can be the first to preview the auction goods and pick the one you want.
